Uova in Purgatorio – eggs in Marinara
1 jar Marinara · 4 eggs · 1 garlic clove · olive oil · chilli flakes (optional) · bread for dipping
Gently sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the Marinara and heat. Make four wells and slide an egg into each. Cover and cook 6–7 min until the whites are set. Serve with crusty bread.
