1) Scope
These Terms and Conditions of RAYL Group GmbH, Sennhofweg 22B, 4310 Rheinfelden, Switzerland (“Seller”), apply to all contracts concluded via the website www.bongiovibrand.co.uk for the supply of goods.
By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Any conflicting or differing terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
2) Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation for customers to place an order.
A contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email or dispatches the ordered goods.
The contract language is English.
3) Right to Cancel
Consumers located in the United Kingdom generally have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
However, this right does not apply to certain goods, particularly:
goods liable to deteriorate rapidly
goods with a short shelf life
sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
As the products offered are food products, the right to cancel may be excluded once the product has been opened or its seal has been broken.

4) Prices and Payment Terms
All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes where required.
Any additional delivery or shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

5) Delivery and Shipping

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
7) Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
8) Warranty and Liability
Customers are entitled to statutory rights regarding faulty or defective goods under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law
9) Promotional Vouchers
Promotional vouchers issued by the Seller may only be redeemed within the stated validity period.
Promotional vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to additional conditions specified at the time of issue.
10) Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the customer is a consumer, this choice of law applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer resides remain unaffected.
11) Alternative Dispute Resolution

The Seller is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
